Dr. Shaw will discuss the common reasons why women experience low desire as well as the changes at menopause that can contribute to discomfort during sexual relations. She will address Genito-Urinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) and you will leave empowered with clear strategies on how to manage this condition experienced by over 80% of women in midlife and beyond.
Dr. Amy Louis-Bayliss presents a proactive approach to midlife health that focuses on preventing the four major threats to women's health span: cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, dementia, and cancer. This session provides a decade-by-decade action plan for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, highlighting the key health metrics that matter most for long-term disease prevention. Attendees will learn female-specific risk factors and receive practical, evidence-based strategies they can implement immediately. The goal is to transform midlife from a time of decline into an opportunity for health optimization.

Cancellation Policy: A $395 credit card deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at your first in-person appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least three business days’ notice to the clinic to avoid cancellation fees. In the event of no shows, the deposit cannot be refunded.
Legal: Our fee covers the cost of all uninsured services included in the Personal Health Assessment program. We do not charge for insured services, which are services covered by OHIP. Any medically necessary care that is required is covered by OHIP.
